Hakushu is the verdant single malt Japanese whisky born in Japan's mountain forest distillery. Established in 1973 by second master blender Keizo Saji, the Hakushu Distillery lives deep within the forest at the foot of the Japanese Southern Alps. The whiskies born here are made from water with a rare softness. Refreshingly herbal and gently smoky.
